Linéament — Creative Play

In 2023, at the Château de Courcelles, visitors were invited to compose their own images using the photographs from the Linéament series.

Chaque composition réalisée par un participant a été photographiée à l’issue de l’atelier, avec mention de son prénom associé à l’image. Cette démarche inscrit la série dans une forme de photographie participative où le regard du public devient partie intégrante de l’œuvre.

A selection of these creations may be presented in future exhibitions of Linéament, alongside the original body of work. The work is no longer confined to recording reality; it becomes a space of collective creation, at the meeting point of contemporary art, photography, and shared experience.

This part extends the reflection on line and marking by opening the artistic process to outside intervention.
